It's natural for us to take care of everyone else before self.  Take a few minutes out of your day to focus on self.  I created this line of self care products and dedicated them to my mother "Beatrice".  My mother always encouraged me to take time out for self and this would result in a better me (A better me as a person, a better mother, a better daughter, a better friend)
