Refund policy

It is our ultimate goal to give you the product you deserve with 100% customer satisfaction.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

PERSONALIZED ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED! with the exception of a mistake that is made on our end. Please note that items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, I cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size.

Regular stock products can be returned due to damage or defect.  Please provide a digital image of the damage/defected item with a clear description of the problem, along with the preferred action (replacement or credit) in an email to our customer support team.  

If the product is claimed as damaged/defect and this cannot be determined remotely, FirstImpressionGiftShop will provide a prepaid return-shipping label to inspect the product.  For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow.  

You must initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt.  You will have an additional seven (7) days for us to receive the item back.  After 14 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits shall be considered or accepted.

Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for contacting firstimpressiongiftshop@yahoo.com to initiate return process. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
